RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

At Workmen Wear, we value our customers and strive to provide the best shopping experience. However, due to the nature of our business, we maintain a strict return and exchange policy to protect both our customers and our business interests. Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE

  1. CONDITION OF THE ARTICLE: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and packed as received, with all tags intact. Any item that appears used, altered, or damaged due to customer handling will not be eligible.

  2. VALID REASONS FOR RETURN

    • The article received is faulty or defective upon arrival (proof of defect must be provided with images/videos at the time of reporting).

    • There is a doubt regarding authenticity.

  3. VALID REASONS FOR EXCHANGE

    • The article received is not the right size.

    • The article received is not what you ordered.

    • The article is not to your liking (at our discretion and subject to stock availability).

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS

  1. INITIATING THE RETURN/EXCHANGE: All return/exchange queries must be directed to our WhatsApp Business Number: +92 333 0273680 within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

  2. SHIPPING THE ARTICLE: The customer is responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item to our return address (to be provided upon request). We do not bear any shipping or handling costs for returns or exchanges.

  3. VERIFICATION & PROCESSING: Once received, our team will verify the condition of the item. If the return is approved, it will be processed as follows:

    • FOR RETURNS: Refunds are only applicable in cases of faulty or defective articles and will be processed within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or via store credit at our discretion.

    • FOR EXCHANGES: A store credit will be issued, which can be used for future purchases. No cash refunds will be provided for exchanges.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • No return/exchange will be provided on clearance or discounted articles.

  • No refund will be offered on articles that are not the right size, as clients are informed to verify measurements during order confirmation.

  • Refunds will not be provided for personal preference changes unless explicitly approved by management.

  • All decisions regarding returns and exchanges are subject to final approval by our quality control team.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the request does not comply with our policy.
